I worked closely with engineering and product teams to create a design system from scratch, which eventually evolved into a single platform, CMS, and codebase that scaled from 15 U.S. titles to ~120 global properties and helped grow the monthly audience from 15M to 512M unique visitors. Before the CMS work began I was embedded with the Esquire editorial team in order to get a feel for the needs of our editorial users and the unique challenges of magazine content.
